Rule 80
If no claim is made, dividend
If no one claims it within 1 year from the date of declaration of dividend, the committee may use it for the benefit of the corporation until no one claims it. If no one claims for 6 years from the date of declaration of dividend, the committee can confiscate the dividend for the benefit of the corporation.
